I have a need to pass a number of variables from CFD to CRM as part of a post request. What is the correct way to build my project so that variables can be passed through and then parsed into a series of post values in the CRM XML?

I considered manually building the JSON in CFD and passing that as a single string via [QUERY], but this doesn't seem to work either.

Am I approaching this wrong? My aim is to speech to text the caller input and create a new ticket in our service desk from the result, but without having to store API auth details in CFD, but instead us the CRM module to handle API auth.

Thanks in advance.

This will depend on the API provided by the CRM. The proper way should be the documented way. If you have this information, we can help you with the HTTP Request component configuration. But you need to know that first.

Thanks for getting back to me. I need to change tack on this and make use of some middleware from another thread - so for now there's no need to interact directly with the Autotask API from the CFD app.
