CPU High Usage - PostgreSQL Server

Hello,

I have installed a 3CX Service v. 16.0.9, sometimes it is getting stuck and all the services stop working, the only solution that works to get back the services is a reboot of the server, i've noticed a high consume of CPU as shown below, is there any idea of the reason of these multiple services and how can i stop them?

Server 2012/2012 R2 isn't supported for v16. https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/phone-system-installation-windows/

You could make a Hyper-V VM or install the Debian version on your server.

As jcostlow mentioned you'll definitely need to migrate the installation to a 3CX Supported OS first. If moving to a Linux machine, I highly recommend upgrading directly to 3CX v18. Just take a backup from your current 3CX v16 installation and use it while installing v18 to restore your configuration.

Whatever you decide on doing, make sure that the new instance has been deployed as per our guides(Windows / Linux / Hyper-V(Linux)) and that it is compliant with our hardware requirements.
