Crashed after upgrading from v18 to v20

I hit the button to upgrade to v20, but now our 3cx instance won't let me log in. It just says server error on the management console, and the web client won't connect. I did make a full backup prior to installing, but I can't figure out how to restore it since I can't get into the console and restore isn't an option I can select on the portal. I never set up SSH as I've never had to get into the OS before. Help!
