Hello,

It is possible to create batch extensions where passwords and mailbox pins are created automatically.

I know that creating CSV file you must create the passwords and pin manually.

I'm looking for an alternative to do this in 500 extensions, because doing one by one is wasted a lot of time.

I think this could be inserted in a future update.

You can also try creating the CSV without auth ID and password and the same voicemail pin for all.
Once the extensions are imported you can select them using SHIFT or Ctrl and hit the regenerate button. That will create new random passwords for the extensions and voicemail pins
 
The problem is that it is not possible to import the CSV file if the "DeskPhoneWebPass" field is empty.

"2 (DeskphoneWebPass) The password must be alphanumeric, less than 20 characters long and should not contain special characters"

It only works if I manually put the password in the CSV file, but doing it for 500 extensions is a lot of work.

Use excel to make the csv file. Very fast.
