create multiple profiles on galaxy tab 7

Since there is no menu button on this tablet, I cannot create a second profile or switvh profiles. is there a workaround?

It seems that the lack of a Menu button has baffled a few people and if those sorts of devices become the norm, a change in the software may be needed in future versions.
