I read through https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/blf-speed-dial-for-page-ring-group.59521/, along with the 3CX docs. I am looking for some clarification regarding BLFs for Ring Groups and Call Queues. We are running 3CX v16 with Granstream GRP2615s.
Is it possible to program BLFs for Ring Groups and Call Queues? I'm having trouble doing so - the extensions corresponding with both types are not listed as options when assigning BLFs to individuals' handsets. Shouldn't they be options since each type has an extension in the system? I've reviewed the settings of each individuals' extension. As far as I can tell, this shouldn't be a problem. What am I missing/misunderstanding?
