Creating a VoiP System for University Project

Hi

We are currently having a problem with starting our VoIP System. We are not sure how it really works. We have been trying to configure it, but it is not working. We are sure that we are lacking something, that's why it's not working. We definitely need a beginners guide, on how to run a VoIP system for our University project.

-Our server is running on Windows.
- do we need a provider
-when we try to test the email on the server it comes this message

• No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 151.80.125.84:25

You are using the 3cx SMTP server which you do not have an account to this smtp server for sending emails, so you can configure your own Gmail account as well. Here you can find more information.(https://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/gmail-mail-server/)
