Hi 3CXers,
if we replace a competing pbx with 3CX one of the most asked features of users and even in sales pitches is (the missing) callback note function in 3CX.
We replace many systems from "Deutsche Telekom" (they have a couple of different pbx brands and CTI solutions) or CTI solutions like Estos ProCall / Estos UC Server.
These and many other systems have a small but very useful feature:
During a call or at least in the call history there is an option to create a callback note to send it to a colleague. It autofills contact name (if stored in phonebook), phone number, date and time. The user can then add note like purpose of the call, an send it by e-mail (mail client opens...mailto:...) or chat opens with the related infos.
With 3CX you have to use copy & paste from the call history. I must agree, that this feature would be very handy, because it saves many clicks, and you do it MANY times every single day, regardless of the branch or deparment. So a real time-saver.
I couldn´t even find it in the ideas sections, this is why I ask my What do you think about this?
