CRM 3cX integration on bitrix24

While im creating bitrix click to call the plugin on 3cx im not getting Web hook rest API url Authorization plugin instead im getting different plugin because of that click to call not working..

Hello @Noel,

The second screenshot is an old version of the plugin. Please go to the 3CX Console and check for updates. Download the latest version from Settings > CRM Integration > Client side tab. Then reprovision your 3CXPhone to get the latest version.

In any case, please note that the plugin only gives you inbound call functionality. If you need click to call, then you need to install the 3CX Chrome Extension.
