Hello!

3CX is interesting!

I have only a question..

Is there any intergration with crm ?

I only need crm to appears me the customer details (like name, lastname, username,email address, city etc.)!

Is there any feauture such as this in 3cx with or without crm intergration?

Edit: I don't know how is named, this I want to do. I want to call a customer and a program (or the VoIP phones) pop ups me a windows with "First Name, Last Name, Mobiles, Telephones and E-mail". I of course have added these details into a "telephone catalog" etc...

Hi,

We have outbound CRM integration )i.e generating outbound calls automatically, from almost any CRM. An example for salesforce is here

Though you can adapt this for any CRM.

Inbound integration is in the works, not for v6 but hopefully v7....
