CRM enable on some extensions

Hi

is it possible to enable crm integration for calls to 1 group of extensions but not all the extensions on the system?

for example, we want our IT department to integrate with zen desk but not all of the extensions on the system belong to IT, some belong to HR, finance etc.

Unfortunately no. Everyone has the same integration.

However, you can disable the automatic contact popup in the Webclient settings/browser extension settings.
