CRM Integration- Add Extension to their CRM profile

Hi,

I managed to integrate successfully with our CRM.

What I'd like to know is how to have extensions pull out their own profile in our CRM?

Is that even possible?

If not, would it be possible to add an Idea Request for it please?

like let's say one of HR needs to pull some of our info to update or whatever the case, it would be nice to have a quick button for them to click when we call (like the CRM contact icon that appears on the softphone).

It would be nice, but it's not the end of the world if it doesn't happen
