CRM Integration Contacts

Hi,
my CRM Integration works, when I get a call the name is displayed.
But the Name and Number are not saved in CONTACTS after that

Why?

Where are you checking if the contacts are added or not? If you go to the 3CX console > Advanced > Contacts, they should be there, otherwise the information is not passed on to the Web Client.

Maybe you have enabled the option to hide the contact details from the clients, and you try to see them from the Web Client?

I'm checking Console\Advancede\Contacts

I can see just one Contacts (ContactType CRM... only one)

If you have only 1 contact, and this contact is overriden with the details of the last person who called you, then you're probably returning always the same Contact URL for all the contacts. The Contact URL must be unique.

Good idea.
I didn't know that. ContactURL was always the same.

I've just changed it.
Now ContactID is

sample:
"http://www.firstpoint.it/ContactID=2343"

But still Contact is just one, the last overwrite the one before:-(

Maybe should I restart something?

Try restarting the 3CX System Server service. And also delete old contacts from 3CX Contacts.
