CRM Integration is working OK but contact number does not exist.

Hi,

I have an issue with during testing the Zoho CRM integration.
I have this one number that always returns an empty query when testing but most of the numbers works fine. How do I know where is the problem is and had this solve. I need to use this number for testing.

By the way the profile is just recently created in Zoho CRM for testing purposes ( Call Journaling.)

Please advice.

Please make a test using this number from the 3CX Console > Settings > CRM Integration > Test button. Then paste here the contents of the Logs window.

ResponseText is empty as you pasted it? Or you removed it to avoid sending sensitive information?

The phone number is stored in Zoho exactly as 16282462222 without any other prefix like a leading + or zero?

Do you have a match with other phone numbers? Can you paste the response for a working number?

I changed the contact options to Match exactly.
How is this option connected to the CRM?

How is this option connected to the CRM?

When you select "Match exactly", the number is sent to the CRM exactly as it arrives. Otherwise, only the last N digits are sent, which is useful in some cases when you store the number in your CRM without the country code prefix for example.... But for Zoho, you need an exact match, so that's the way to go with it.

This is Zoho who returns that contact when we do the lookup. However, for real calls you will not have such a short number, so this should not be a problem...
