CRM Integration is working OK but contact number does not exist.

Data is fetched but still it say contact number does not exist.

if i give a number that is not in my database, it says "JSON response is null". Then how will i insert new contacts?

The template can't deal with empty or null responses. You need a valid JSON without records. Then, the template can process the response, determine that there are no records, and then execute the CreateContactRecord scenario. But in your case the empty response causes an exception, and the execution doesn't move forward.

For contacts that already in database, the lookup works perfectly. When inserting new contact i get the below error.

Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=InternalServerError - Reason=Internal Server Error - Content=

The contact is inserted in database, But Im not sure why this error comes.

This is your server returning an HTTP error. If the record is being inserted, but you are returning this error, this is something you need to check on your side.
