CRM Integration - SQL Contact Creation is not working

Hello,

After the latest update to 18.0 (Build 939), that was installed on October 6th, the function "Allow contact creation directly to your CRM using 3CX Web Client" suddenly stopped working.

We use a simple MySQL query

INSERT INTO contacts (phone) VALUES ('[Number]');

but nothing is inserted. The MySQL connection is working and we have not changed anything.

Could you please help us?

This is now done in the webclient, when on an active call you will see a link to add to contact, click the link and the contact will be added.

We are interested in the automated solution using MySQL. Just to renew the previous function. How to do it, please?

This can't be done with the standard template we provide. You will need to edit the template to do this.

OK. And how am I supposed to do that, please? I am afraid I do not know what you mean by "edit your template".

Just to be clear. I see the option in the settings. There are no special configurations etc. And I just follow the instructions on https://www.3cx.com/docs/sql-database-pbx-integration/

What you need is not possible by editing the configuration. You will need to edit the XML template. Please check this on how to do this edition for HubSpot, what you need is pretty similar, but taking the MySQL template as a starting point.
