Hello,

I configured a new template for a CRM Integration with telsearch.ch but the URL contact page isn't correct.

3CX open this url http://tel.search.ch/result?was insted of http://tel.search.ch/result?was=THENUMBER.

I would like to know how i can do that ? I try with the contacturl but without result....

Here a copie of the template :

Thanks for your help.

Probably because you assign [PhoneBusiness] from entry.phone, which might be empty, but do not use it in the output. You use it only for the URL.

In your case, you can probably use [Number] instead.

I call with an external number which work when i test :

When your call comes in, make sure the caller ID is in the right format so that it can search it. If it has more digits, it won't work.
