Hi All
I have now got my revised Pipedrive integration working well, but one problem remains - I only want to create new contacts if they are handled by specific ring groups/queues/extensions (not all calls). I think I am right in saying that this isn't possible with the standard CRM integration.
Therefore I am wondering if there is any reason why I couldn't (with some effort) recreate my CRM integration entirely as a Call Flow App? I am more than comfortable with Pipedrive's API and also scripting any logic in C# if necessary. The app would effectively handle all calls to a specific inbound DID leading to ring groups, creating contacts when necessary and then doing the call journalling at the end of the call. Outbound calls could, I assume, still use the standard CRM integration call journalling, but with contact creation disabled.
Thanks
Mark
