Hi all,

we are trying the new v12 and his new Windows client. After digging a lot, we discovered than we need the CRM module to launch calls from Outlook like Desktop Components of MyPhone in v11.

Now, we have all contacts numbers in international format like +39 (xxx) xxxxxxxx and CRM module launch wrong calls.

Any help?

Thank you.

No. The CRM module launch the calls correct. You have to set-up the e164 Number Processing correctly and can be found in the 3CX Phone System under Settings / Advanced / e164 Number Processing.

We've the same problems here. The e164 number settings in 3CX Phone System are correct and the same as in V11.
In Version 11 it works, now in V12 it does not.

It seems no matter what I put in the e164 Phone system settings, it always dials the same and always it forgot the + sign.
A number like +4917012345 is dialed as 4917012345. Correct translation would be 004917012345.

This is very strange.

If I create a phone number in Outlook as follows
Country 31 (the Netherlands)
Area code 20 (Amsterdam)
Subscriber number 1234567
And then store this, the number is translated as +31 (20) 1234567
When I dial this number, 3CX convert it to 0201234567 and this is what I want, because I live in Holland.

Now I take your number
Country 49
Area code 170
Subscriber number 12345
Also store this in Outlook and the number is translated as +49 (170) 12345
When I dial this number, 3CX convert it to 004917012345 and this is what you want.

Conclusion: there is nothing wrong with the CRM Module. :)

BTW: If I enter manually +4917012345 in the 3CXPhone for Windows, 3CX convert it to 004917012345 which is correct.
