CRM MySQL variables

I can successfully access the database and create a record. However the only variable I see document is [Number]. Is there any other variables I can use, such as the caller's name, so I can log that to the database journal? I tried [Name], [Display_Name] etc, but to no avail.

During contact lookup you only have the [Number] variable. The list of variables is available here:

The purpose of the SQL integration is that the database returns the contact name, not the other way around.
