CRM opens wrong or old page

I am using my own CRM.
In the configuration of CRM Integration the contact url contains as parameters "from switchboard and per client" instead the client continues to open an address that contains
as parameters "customers and new" which were those entered as first tests.
In practice it opens me up

Instead the string I entered Contact URL Prefix: is
http://imperia.zanzibarviaggi.it/gestionale/index.php?d=dacentralino&op=percliente&id=

sorry but also query string parameters was translated; the URL set in the CRM integration contains parameters "dacentralino" and "percliente" while the URL opened by the 3CX Chrome extension opens an URL containing parameters "clienti" and "new"; in fact this is the old URL used for initial tests; then was changed with the correct one but we can't understand why we have always the previous one active

I assume that you're using a custom CRM template, correct? In that case, the contacts previously synchronized form the CRM will remain in 3CX Contacts, with the old Contact URL. That would explain that you're getting popups with the old URLs. You should go to the 3CX Console > Advanced > Contacts > Bulk Delete > CRM Contacts. This way you start the synchronzation from scratch and you should see the new URL.
