CRM Plugin and Dialing

Is there any way to use 3cx Web Client to make calls? My users are getting used to the web client - I don't want to load 3cx Phone for Windows to make this work if possible.
(Our CRM is 100% custom in house - and runs on a Terminal Server application)

Please note that currently the webclient cannot be used as a SIP client so calls are not possible. It can only control supported devices.
