Solved CRM pop-up for certain extensions

Just getting our CRM set up for our marketing rep. I got it configured so Zoho pops up when a call comes through, both for recognized numbers and numbers not in the CRM. Our Client Care team just let me know that the website pops up on all of their computers as well. They have no need for the CRM -- so how can I limit it to just certain extensions?

You can't directly limit the CRM integration per extension. However, they can go into Settings > Integration in the DesktopApp/Webclient and turn the autopopup off. They will still have the ability to open the CRM page via the contact icon in the dialer.
