CRM Stop Call Popup for Internal calls

Hi,

I have CRM integration with 3CX and Hubspot, it's all working really well however my clients still get hubspot popping when somebody calls them from an internal extension, so my question is:

1. Can I perform some sort of digit mapping where if the caller has 4 digits or less the CRM integration is not activated?

Can you describe in more detail your configuration, the behaviour and maybe share some screenshots? The CRM engine is only activated when the call arrives through an external line, so this makes no sense...

Maybe you're receiving these calls from another PBX connected through a SIP Trunk in 3CX?

Hi Yes thats correct I have another PBX connected via a SIP Trunk and they dial internal extensions between each other. Would setting up a "bridge" to the other PBX help rather than a SIP trunk?

Yes, that will fix the issue, because a bridge is recognized as a side by side PBX, and doesn't trigger the CRM engine.

Thanks for the reply. I configured the bridge between my FusionPBX system and 3CX and while it initially registers and work it drops off after about 10 minutes and unable to get my Freeswitch box to re-register with the 3CX bridge. It doesnt look like any firewalls are blocking anything, any idea what else I could look at?
