I'm going to begin configuring the 3CX system for a friend, and it's going to be exchanging data with a CRM. He wants to use SugarCRM, but I think it's open to suggestion, so I wonder if anyone can make a suggestion in case someone knows a good system for integration before I leap into one which he has not tested, or used, to save the possible week of switching to another.
I think customization will be ongoing for various reasons, and that's why I was considering Outlook because of the automation ease.
