Hello.

We have a operation that uses many queues. Recently, We realize that some calls when fowarded to a queue start to be crossed with another extensions.

So, using a Call Report we see the call in a loop, always coming back to the queue, even if a attendant has pick a call.

I dont know why this thing happen. Could anyone here help me?

Hi @gustavoreis

Firstly, it's always good to provide some details about your system so we can better understand your setup like here https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/information-to-provide-when-requesting-help.67558/

Then, regarding the specific issue you mention you will have to see how all the queues are set up including their destination if no answer. If you notice loops it means that those loops where either designed into your call flow, or that someone is answering and forwarding the calls back probably. i would start by finding a reliable way to replicate the issue, then follow the flow of the whole call from beginning to end to understand who sends the call where (step by step)

Hi, JohnS_3CX.

I found a post here that help me about it. I use CFD to create a condition and routing Calls. I inserted task.Delay(time).Wait() In C# Code and the problem was solved.

Thanks.

About the details of System, I Apologize and I will pay attention at this.
