Hello,
A client asked us if 3CX handle CSTA ? I didnt find clear explanation on this on 3cx documentation.
if so, on which phase ? and what are restrictions and requierements ?

CSTA is a protocol that is used to control the phones by third party applications -

3CX has the following applications that support CSTA - 3CX Windows Application and 3CX Web client

The main restriction is that the phone has to support CSTA, not all phones do. I believe all the supported 3CX phones do, but I maybe wrong (we only use Yealink)
