CTI 3cxPhone BUG

Hi All

here is another very annoying bug in 3cxphone. See Picture below

notice 3cxPhone thinks I'm on the phone but I am not. Notice the Timer is 00:00:00

I took the picture with my desk phone on the hook showing the monitor in the background to illustrate how broken 3cxPnone is

3cx ver 12 sp 3
have to click the end button reset 3cxPhone

We got this issue also, we are using Cisco and snom as well.
Even when the softphone is working on the background, in win 7 my icon is blinking for this problem.
This is a bug i think, but it's a little problem.
