CTI Button missing ?

Hi,


I cannot find the CTI Button or it is not working ? On the left on the display I can see CTI but I am not able to switch off CTI.

I do not think you can turn on/off from the win phone right now. you turn it on by enabling it in the extension in the admin console and then setting up the hard phone.
The first time you try to use it, I saw a "Request Remote Control" on the phone display and I had to hit accept.
