CTI is always on, v12

Hello

I installed v12 on a windows 2008 R2.
Android, Ipad and 3CXPhone v 6.0, 2 Siemens VOIP telephones

All works fine!

But when I install the 3CXPhone 12 on my Windows 8 x64, the Softphone is always in CTI Mode and I can´t made any call.
How can I switch to the normal mode?

Hi Fohnbit, that is correct, for now CTI Mode is the default mode for 3CXPhone but in order to to use CTI mode you have to have the 3CXPhone client AND a hard-phone configured on the SAME extension. Please let me know if you have any further inquiries. Thank you for your time and patience
