I'd appreciate your help with an issue with 3CX phone for windows. version 12 service pack 6.2
I can connect using the 3CX tunnel but only CTI mode is working, when I change to 3CX phone mode then the softphone wont register.
I get registration failed 407
I presume this is something to do with STUN, but having tried various settings I'm stumped.
fyi, I use voiptalk as a provider
I am tunnelling in to the 3CX server and don't have STUN set as I'm specifying my Static ip address on the server
has anyone else had this issue and what did you do to resolve
your advice would be much appreciated
