I'm working with the custom URL to run the customer phone number on our website management interface, and its working well for most part.
the thing is, it only works with the web client and in case I have a physical phone connected (Htek for example) and does not work with the 3CX chrome extension.
I really wanna use the chrome extension as its more convenient than the web client. any way to work through this?
