Hi,

I have got a web site like "http://domain.com/costumer/id/?phone=xxxx" in this url format. And I want to do if my agent's soft phone is in ringing status then i want to open my web url with adding caller id .

For example caller id is "5556677"

URL = http://domain.com/costumer/id/?phone=5556677

Hi,
I have tried it with 3CX Template Generator but im getting null reference exception error. By the way in 3cx softphone v14 we were doing this easily. After v15 this future is removed. I want same thing.

Okay, from v14 to v15 they changed so many things. This error seems like the v15 does not support that integration. I´ll do my best to find out how you can integrate your custom CRM.

In 3CX Phone for Windows: Settings --> Behavior --> External Application --> Launch application on incoming call

You can use this feature to open your browser and pass in the necessary parameters. Use the %CallerNumber% variable to pass in the caller's phone number. This will do exactly what you want.

If you are just recording information in your website and not looking for a screen pop, you can write a server-side service using the Call Control API to do this as well.
