We are running 3cx v16 beta and successfully created a custom CRM xml template. It is currently reporting / journaling all calls to the CRM. We would like to limit it based on duration. Ideally, only report calls lasting over 10 seconds. Currently the 3CX is journaling all calls including when it rings agents in a queue.

I was trying to use the Skip If rule to something like this, but it's not working.

[IIf([[DurationTimespan].get_TotalSeconds()]>10,True,False)]

Once we figure that out I assume we can just combine it with

&& [ReportCallEnabled]!=True

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks,
Eric

Have you tried just with the following?
Code:
[[DurationTimespan].get_TotalSeconds()]>10

Just tried. Here are some of things I tried with errors.

Code:
[IIF([[DurationTimespan].get_TotalSeconds()]<10,True,False)]

[[DurationTimespan].get_TotalSeconds()]<10
Error:
System.FormatException: String was not recognized as a valid Boolean.
