Custom Email Templates with Variables for AI Call Transcriptions

Hi Guys,

Apologies if this is in the wrong place but I am logged in with my partner account and cannot post in the ideas forum.

I can see in the AI category a topic about transcriptions going to email for AI Agents, and CRM integrations.

What would be super useful, is if we could create an email template with variables, which would help so many people integrate with so many CRMs. And on call completion, the conversation is delivered via email, using the template.

For example, our CRM picks up the customer name in the subject, to assign the call to the correct client. So if we could create our own email, where we could place the company name variable in the subject, then the transcription in the text, that would be amazing.

I think first we should send the email with the transcription - this should be step 1.

How should an email look like in your opinion?

Also I do not understand this part - call comes in, CRM Integration is triggered.
Call ends, Crm journal is written.
Transcript is put in crm
Email is sent with subject and call transcript.

What would be the next step?

No integration is triggered, it just sends an email to a destination of our choice, but we can completely customise it.

A lot of CRMs will check for say a company name in the subject, and then assign it to the correct contact.

Understood.
We will do this in parts.
In the next update, we are going to get the Transcription of an AI Agent call and send it to the Boss.
This will be the first step so we can conclude the PA Role.

When this is done, we can expand further how this email should look like and provide options where it could be sent. We will make it templateable.
