Custom FQDN

Hello teams,

I want to use my own fqdn for 3cx do i have to configure SRV records ? If yes what SRV should i configure?

Hi @FIRAS,

No, you only need an A record. I suggest however using a 3CX FQDN, as 3CX will manage the renewals of certificates for you, which takes a lot of admin work of the your busy days.

Note: To utilize a custom FQDN, you would need a 3CX PRO Edition as outlined in our Edition Comparison under Core PBX Features.
