Custom Logo Cisco SPA Phones

Hi All,
For years we had custom templates (which worked fine) that continaed a custom logo setting. We wanted to get rid of these templates and use the standard ones, however, upon uploading the logo under the provisioning area in 3CX the phone doesn't seem to take it. Just a 'blank' (no logo) screen.

The upload to 3CX works OK, no errors.
We have factory reset the phone and it makes no difference.
I've checked the SPA web GUI and I can see it shows the path correctly.
I've recreated the logo from scratch in GIMP and set the required sizes and bitdepth

Is there anything else that could be wrong that I'm missing?

you need enterprise license to have ability to set your own logo

Create a new extension and reprovision a reset phone on it.

See if it will at least load the default 3CX logo.
