Solved Custom Phone Templates with 3cx Hosted

Is it possible to create custom phone provisioning templates with 3cx hosted deployments? I'm trying to figure it out without any luck. The “Management Console → Settings → Templates” button is missing on my small test account. I'd like to find a way to tweak the base configuration for our Yealink T46 phones to include standardized button layouts, etc. across the business.

Thanks. I saw it in the FAQ after I posted here. It poses a difficulty because the desk phones are set to auto provision once every 1440 minutes according to the default template, and that auto provision wipes out any user selected options. So, if a user adds any DSS keys, for example, those settings are overwritten by the default template. That makes moving to a 3cx hosted solution really difficult if I'm going to use hardware Yealink phones.

Modification of BLF/DSS must be done via the console under Extensions -> (ext) -> BLF, or via the Webclient under Settings -> BLF.

If you have to use custom templates, then you'll need a private cloud hosting or on-premise.
