Custom System Prompt Not Working

I am Trying to create a custom system prompt for the "USER_NAME" Message. I have done the following. This in in relation to my setting the system parameter "CALLBYNAME_MINLEN" to 2 as we have staff with two character last names

I have done the following

• Settings >> System Prompts and click on Manage Prompt Set.
• select current prompt set and click on Copy Prompt Set.
• Give a name "Custom English Prompt Set" to the new prompt set and click OK.
• Select the new prompt set as "Active Prompt Set" and again Click OK.
• in the search bar, search for "USER_NAME".
• Click on "Record By Phone" and record a new message
• Playing the message back plays my custom recording
• Restart services for changes to take effect.
• Now On my Digital Receptionist settings >> General Tab select the new prompt I have created under "Digital Receptionist Language"
  • This Digital Receptionist is set to immediate transfers the call to the "Call by Name" function
• Dial in to test and the old greeting is still played

However the original factory greeting still plays on the "Call by Name" function.

bump? anything? this seems like it should be a simple item on the surface

no one else has encountered 2 character names and the need to change this value and associated recording?
