Custom Template and reprovisionning

hi,
i must set up a custom template because of this stupid Ringer2 hard coded for external calls...
My question is : does this custom template will survive to the next PBX update ? or will a have to re-create it each time update are applied ?

As it is a custom template, it will not be overwritten by the next update.

The only issue you will have, if the 3CX template is updated your template will not - use winmerge or notepad++ to compare the new template with your template.
