Custom Templates and Ring Tones

Hello! We are currently using Yealink T46S phones with the EXP40 sidecar. The phones use a custom template. However, it seems the phones are stuck on ring 10. We have updated the template and the phone's GUI but are unable to get it to switch to the ring 2. Is there something we are missing that would be causing the phones to default to ring 10?
