custom templates on hosted 3cx

Is there a way to change the default template for a device on hosted 3cx. Every time I loose power, it changes to auto answer on a Grandstream GSC3505 Speaker. I want it to ring not auto answer. Another way to possibly fix this is to stop the device from auto provisioning after every power outage. Is this a possibility?

Please note that the use of custom templates in a 3CX Hosted installation is not possible.

Now regarding the auto provisioning, this is not something that can be disabled as it is part of the default template.
