Custom URL intergration is not opening after the call is connected. It used to work and now it has stopped.

Hi, any one else having trouble having the Custom URL integration after the call is connected. It used to work and now it has stopped.

How are you configuring the Web Client > Settings > Integration? Can you show a screenshot?

Hi, thanks for your attention, this is my first post.
I've the same problem of SpringC.
Try do a call to a webpage url when a user RING, but nothing happened.
First i try with my own asp webpage and nothing happened when user extension ring.
After i try with an online tester for check if this 3CX integration works and i can see that the call at the url never starts.
Here follow my Web Client > Settings > Integration of the user.
Any idea?

Probably your browser is blocking popups. The URL should be launched in a new browser tab.

Thank Edo ... is possible and i understand now what the integration really do ... and is not what i desire ... i must search in other way (and maybe i open a new thread with the right question).
