Customer concerned over vulnerabilities

One of our customers has just upgraded to V18 and is concerned about the vulnerabilities shown. Is there anyway to resolve these?

Enable the autoupdates. 3CX will install security updates whenever they are available to keep it secure.

He shouldn't be afraid of the mentioned "vulnerability", as the database access is implemented in the 3CX product in a way that prevents SQL code injection.
