Customer objects to email notifications on VMs when caller does not leave a message

Our customer is currently running Version 20.0 Update 9 Build 995 hosted by 3CX. All users have voicemail enabled and Email Options are set to Send voicemail as attachment.

I think it's all working as designed, but we have one executive objecting to receiving email notifications when the caller does not leave any message. This particular executive leaves DND set continuously, so all incoming calls go to VM without ringing the extension.

I'm aware of the Advanced -> Parameters -> VMAIL_TRANSCRIBE_MIN_DURATION That's currently set at 3, which is probably the default since I've never changed it. Does that setting mean that at least 3 seconds of audio must be captured for the call to be considered a valid VM?

What are the options for resolving this objection?

I don't know how I missed that. Thanks very much for the info. That was set to two seconds and I've increased it to five seconds. We'll see if that helps.
