Hi folks.

Setting up SMB instance, there's only me as a user (for now). The 'Trunk Analysis' returns all green lights. I seem to be able to call out, but the receiver's phone does not ring. When I try to call our number, I receive an error message from my telco. Cannot work out what is causing this at all.

One thing I did notice -

I've clearly made an error at some point, as there are currently no DID numbers listed in the SIP Trunk settings.

But when I look at the user -

Apparently, I have set a DID for the user at one point. In this case, the DID is the same as the incoming phone number provided by my ISP.

Any ideas on what I've done wrong here folks? Thank you,

Hello,

On the same page where you perform the trunk analysis, you’ll find two sections: Inbound Call Test and Outbound Call Test.

I recommend starting with an Outbound Call Test by entering the destination number. Once the test is complete, review the call log. If you’d like, you can share it with us after redacting any sensitive information.

Then, perform an Inbound Call Test by following the same process in reverse.

Please remember to enable notifications in the web client so you can receive incoming calls.
