Solved Customers that don't want to wait

So, is there any feature for customers who don't want to wait, to have the ability to press a number and then the system notifies us to call them back?

Hi @Anthism,

This is known as a callback and is available in queues, under Advanced >> enable callback.



Are you specifically referring to users contacting you via LiveChat?
