Customizable CallerID for Internal Clients

Does anyone happen to know if its possible to customize (or even change) the Caller ID for internal client to client calls? What I would like is for 3CX to use the extension and person's name of the calling party. For example if I was to call ext 202, their phone would show Call From: 210 - Darrell Chapman.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Excuse my previous post. Perhaps I should have read the manual. This setting is available on the user portal under Advanced.

However the 3CX VoIP Client is not using this field. It simply uses the extension. I will post this in 3CX Client forum.
