Customize automatically changed statuses

Hi there,

since of our customers is looking for a solution that has 3 different statuses for 3 different times of the day,
I was thinking it would be solved with the automated statuses.

Unfortunately there is no (or it least it seems that way) way to change,
what status the automated one is changed to.
I'd like to change the status from 12:00 to 13:00 automatically to "Lunch".
But it just goes to DND.

Does anyone have an Idea ?

Use break times, it will put the user in Away.

The regular hours put it in Available.

Out of office gets DND.

Problem is that I can't call someone when the status is away.
Custom 1 is available, custom 2 is away.

Is there no way to assign custom 1 to automated status change? That really shouldn't be that big of a deal to setup.

You can't specify which Profile Status the auto-switching feature will trigger, the profiles it switches to are fixed to the ones @Frederick Marcoux mentioned above. You could head over to the ideas section to check if somebody else already recommended this so that you can upvote it.
