Cutting over to 3CX

We are moving our office to 3CX very soon. Coming from a traditional PBX background, I have a couple questions.

1. Should we be mapping the phones for inbound line appearances? Like to get a second call if already on the phone.

2. Will the BLF's flash? Right now our DSS and Park 0 work, but are only solid green or red.

My practice phone is a Yealink T46S, but we have some Fanvil X6 phones on the way.

1. SLA doesn't exist in 3CX. You simply enable "Accept multiple calls" under Forwarding Rules -> Available.

2. BLFs flash for incoming call so you can pickup with the dial code. SPs won't flash but turn red when a call is parked.

Make sure to use the latest supported firmware as well as the supported template for the phone so everything works perfectly.
